Our standard billing package charges clients only for operator activity in your specific account. Standard billing charges begin at $70.00 per billing cycle. We will also work with you on many alternative methods of billing if you prefer.

Are there other billing methods available? We have developed a number of billing methods to answer the needs of medical offices. After all, no two offices are the same. You can choose to be billed by time, number of calls we receive, or by the number of doctors in your practice. I just bought a new smart phone. Can DMD send my calls to this phone? Absolutely! Powered by Startel’s Call Management Center system, we have the flexibility and technical capacity to dispatch and document your calls in any manner you choose. Our platform will interact with all techologies and carriers, including Blackberry, iPhone, and digital pagers.

My practice has many Spanish-speaking patients. Do you have bilingual operators? Yes. Most of the time, DMD has a Spanish speaking operator on staff, providing bilingual answering service. In addition, we utilize a third-party translation service, TeleInterpreters, who will translate calls in any language, at any time this service is required.

Speaking of staff, what is your turnover rate? Ten of our employees have been with us for over 10 years. Also, 75% of our employees have been with us over 2 years.
